I took my car to Cassidy Tire because I had a break indicator light on. They looked at my car right away at 11am and were able to assess what the issue was. My car was ready by 1:30 PM. The price was very reasonable, and I felt that they were very honest in their assessment. I would definitely go back.

They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles. The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions. This shop deserves the best ratings! My dog also approves!
View on GoogleI was switching my winter tires off the car and replacing them with my summer tires, and a couple of the balancing weights fell off one of my winter tires. I brought it in to have it rebalanced. They took my tire immediately, went back and balanced it, and said there would be no charge. It's so refreshing that some places still recognize and value amazing customer service! I will be back for future tire needs. Thank you!
