Was very impressed by their rates and service. They replaced a broken mirror glass and cracked mirror cap on my vehicle with a quick turnaround. Most shops likely would not even do such a small job. The dealership quoted 4x (!!) what it cost me to get this done at B&L, and said they had to replace the entire mirror assembly, when all it needed was replacing the mirror glass and the plastic mirror cap. B&L was professional and up front with pricing (their labor rates are very reasonable), and turnaround was quick. They were particular to keep my car overnight so the plastic clips holding the mirror glass to the motor would not snap due to the extreme cold (10 F) when doing the replacement. I just dropped it off the previous afternoon and picked it up the next morning — very smooth. They also washed the car, which I greatly appreciated with all the winter salt on it! And gave a complimentary 2026 muscle car calendar and a coffee mug — a pleasant surprise.

Emailed them to see if they are able to repair a kia EV, got a reply shortly after, emailed them a couple photos Came by for an estimate, set up an appointment to drop off the car, they are two weeks out and was told it can be done in two weeks A week before the scheduled appointment, they called me to remind of the appointment Dropped off the car the night before, next day at 9am my app already showed they took my car inside the shop! (this is amazing! Of my other accident at other shop, it took them 3-4 days after I dropped off the car before they even moved my car lol) My car was inside the shop whole day, the next day they called me told me they took my car apart did a full inspection, needed more parts, ordered, still looking at two weeks On the Friday of the second week they called let me know they have found additional parts needed to order Following Friday, called me, told me they are only waiting on one part that comes to find out after calling many places, kia part is out of order but finally find a place that carry it The fourth friday, finally everything is set! In all, they were very professional, and kept me up to date. They even clean my car inside…would for sure come back again well lets’ hope not lol

It's a smaller place, and there is nothing fancy about it, BUT the people are fantastic and helpful and the workmanship done on the van was a step above and beyond. They took care of dealing with my insurance, (don't forget your claim number), and all I did was pay my deductible when I came to pick up the car. They even got it done 2 days ahead of when I expected it. A top notch place for auto body work.

FOR A SCRATCH… she had all type of things in the description like a “Tbone collision” (it wasn’t from an accident) some stuff for a windshield. Etc etc. um no thank you…
