They really took the time to listen and understand how important my car was. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding—they kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening. They guided me through everything, from arranging the tow truck to dealing with insurance, and honestly, they were more helpful and knowledgeable than my insurance company. Even though the final outcome wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for, I always felt supported and taken care of. Shawn, in particular, was amazing to work with—patient, understanding, and genuinely compassionate throughout the process. I would highly recommend Sudden Impact Collision to anyone who needs auto body work. They truly go above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for their help during such a stressful time. Thank you.

Typically, I'm not one to write reviews, however, this one is LONG overdue. I picked up my car yesterday and, as usual, the work done/service was outstanding! Not at all surprised by the high volume of 5 star reviews their shop already has on record as, frankly, they deserve each and every one of them. Not only do I highly recommend their shop, I would not go anywhere else. Many thanks to Jeff and his team for always having my back and, obviously, doing the same for many, many other folks -- service like this is very hard to find these days!!

View on GoogleOur Jeep Compass had some back end damage to three parts of the car. I went in for a estimate and it went so easy! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable . The repairs took less than a week. The car looks like there was never any damage! Amazing! They also detailed inside and outside of the car for me which was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us:)
