Drove 4 hours to buy a car from Indianapolis, IN and talked with a guy for 2 days to buy it before we drove up. Rented a car and drove all the way there and they were selling it as we pulled in. Do not waste your time getting a car if you don’t live within 30 minutes or they will sell it.

I have worked with Vlad and Mark, and am happy to say that they are professional, honest and thorough gentleman. I have taken my cars to them for last three years, my only regret is that I wish I had known them sooner!
View on GoogleMy experience here was awful and I have made a report to the BBB. I came in to purchase a vehicle on a Saturday, which was going to be my son’s first car. I was going to follow thru with the purchase but they did not have the title in hand. It was at another location apparently and they had already closed. Because of the guy I spoke to, Mark, reassured me that I could leave a refundable deposit so they hold the car until the title arrives but if I “decide to keep looking and find another car, let them know and my deposit would be refunded” I also let them know that I would not be able to come back to complete any paperwork or sale til Tuesday. Sunday I went and purchase a vehicle for my son. So Monday morning I called numerous times. Which my husband spoke to mark again, and he said yes we will refund the deposit. Well because of their own miscommunication, Monday morning the owner, not Mark, began filing paperwork. And because of that miscommunication and error on their hand, they KEPT my $700 refundable deposit. And I have never signed any paperwork stating they would do so. I was misled by mark and I honestly trusted him when he said I would receive my deposit back and he even encouraged me continuing looking for another vehicle. After contacting them and no resolution, I’ve reached out to the better business bureau for guidance on a resolution! Don’t believe what they say, and don’t do business with anyone else besides the owner, because all they will do is say I’m sorry but he shouldn’t have said that! The best they could offer was credit towards auto work?? I feel very misled, robbed and angry that this happened after being told the complete opposite!

They were knowledgeable about Tesla-specific tires, efficient with the repair, and provided great customer service. The whole process was seamless, and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend them for Tesla owners! They also do a lot more work than tires!
