They have amazing reviews for a reason! I called this morning at 8:10am to see if they could get me in for a flat tire that I got from hitting a pot hole in the storm last night. They told me to bring it in and that they were pretty busy already with cars, but if I could leave it with them they would try to fit me in. When I brought the car in Rob told me he would try to squeeze me in right away and by 9:45am they called and said it was ready for me to pick up! Rob and the guys here are great. They are the real deal and do straight forward honest business. No over promising and under delivering. I respect that. Great customer service and turns out I had a piece of metal in my tire and they were able to plug it up. First time ever having an issue with a flat tire so I'm not sure on the average price but i thought it was very reasonable pricing considering the quick turn around. Cost me 37 bucks. I would definitely trust them with my car maintenance and will be looking to switch over from firestone to these guys! Thank you guys for squeezing me in and providing great service!

My daughter's 2018 sentra sounded like she was driving with a bucket of nails in the rear end Thursday night Jan 22 2026. Called Nissan and just to look at the car they were charging a diagnostic fee and a week out for an appointment. Called 2 more places no appt for 1 to 2 weeks out. On my way home from work stopped into Mundelein Automotive and was automatically greeted with kindness and professionalism. Explained my situation and one of the managers said that they are booked until Wednesday.....BUT he said let me see what I can do for you. He checked again and was able to fit me in Monday at 8am. Long story short turned out to be a heat shield. From start to finish was there for a total of 12 minutes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE from start to finish. I have definitely found my car repair shop moving foward, they have earned my future business. If you want professional, knowledgeable, and honest people working on your car look no more you have come to the right spot. You will not regret your decision.

View on GoogleSo thankful I found this mechanic shop last minute. I called ahead of time yesterday morning because my heater had stopped working. Right away they told me to bring in my car to have it be checked. They already had an idea of what that problem could be, they checked it and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Rick was very polite. I am very appreciative with them being so quick on fixing my heater issue knowing its the middle of winter too.
