Great service and affordable! I Made my appointment online. I loved that I didn’t have to wait at all. They brought my car back right away and the oil change was 15 20 min tops. Offered me coffee while I was waiting. A very good experience. They also did a service check on the car filters and breaks. Which I really appreciated as well.
View on GoogleI brought my car in Saturday afternoon. It didn't take them too long to do the basic oil change, but after I drove off the car started smoking like crazy. Later that day it started idling roughly and shaking pretty noticeably. As I was pressed for time and had a huge number of errands to run, I wasn't able to loop back to the facility. However, the next morning, I checked my own oil and the color was extremely dark. The smoking had absolutely not improved, in fact it had become worse, and the car is now visibly shaking. None of these problems existed prior to me getting this oil change at this location. These guys really screwed up and I need to have them tow my car in so that they can repair it before the engine seizes up and essentially destroys itself. The largest issue is I live an hour away. This is beyond inconvenience and expensive for such a simple, routine service. (Video of the problem on my yelp review)
View on GoogleHad to bring my wife’s explorer for an oxygen sensor and Aris the District manager was above and beyond helpful in getting this job done for me. I had to go through a warranty company through my wife’s dealer and Aris got it handled and got me in and out in no time. Great customer service and very professional. Highly recommend anyone in the Mundelein community to get their work done here for their vehicles. Thanks again Aris!

The service was quick, thorough, and I felt confident driving away knowing my car was in great shape. It’s always nice to find an auto center you can trust—highly recommend for routine maintenance and inspections!
View on GoogleI got synthetic oil change and transmission oil change. Cost of transmission oil change is more than Toyota service center, also they charged a service fee $22 which they had not told before. I had also asked if front swaybar change required but they recommended it is not required. Other service center had recommended to change so I saved money by not replacing swaybar. I tried this first time but spent more money then Toyota service center quote
