My father took his truck to have the motor repaired. The vehicle remained at the shop for two weeks without any repairs being completed. When he went to retrieve an item from the truck, the staff member became upset and was uncommunicative throughout the process. Ultimately, when my father returned to pick up the truck, it had not been repaired, and original parts were either replaced and missing. Upon contacting the shop, they denied any knowledge of the situation. Additionally, the plastic motor cap was missing and never returned. When we visited the shop in person, they denied stealing or replacing any parts. We strongly advise against using this service, as they failed to repair the vehicle properly, replaced or took parts without authorization, and did not provide a receipt.
