I live in Michigan and I was looking for a shop to do a thorough inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. I've owned 4 other Audi's before this one and I can tell you I have never found a better shop. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and Anna got the car pulled into the shop right away for Adam to begin his inspection. This is the most efficient shop I've ever been to. Adam does quality work and extremely skilled at what he does. He completed the inspection within an hour and knew exactly what to look for. I was very impressed with their knowledge of Audi's. They know these cars inside and out (both Anna and Adam). Not only that - I also have never experienced such top notch customer service. They are honest, shoot you straight and will tell you if what's necessary and what isn't. Will definitely be making the drive back up from Michigan to have them tune my car next!

Had multiple trips to my trusted shop for some odd (and totally Audi like) issues on my b9 A4. Decided to entrust the experts that is Dynarev. They were able to diagnose my original issue as a nothing issue, through diagnosis found other issues and worked with extended warranty to get my engine mounts (that were leaking and missed by earlier shops) changed out. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for is my general belief in life and I have decided to work with Adam and Anna at Dynarev group for future Audi maintenance needs.

Anna at Dynarev was fantastic to work with and their quality of work on my B8.5 RS5 was fantastic! They did a full inspection, along with the front brakes and a brake fluid flush. They ordered the parts promptly, which arrived sooner than expected, and their pricing was very reasonable. Not only did they save me money compared to an Audi dealer, but they got everything done in one day without any delays, while staying in touch with me during the process. They also noticed that some of my wheel bolts were not OEM (likely left over from a prior owner using aftermarket wheels), so they replaced them with OEM bolts during the same visit. Despite my car having multiple services at other shops where the wheels got removed (rear brakes, front wheel bearings), no one ever mentioned the aftermarket bolts to me. That is the kind of attention to detail I expect from a specialist shop, and they delivered! I will definitely be going here for all services going forward.
