I was very pleased with the quality of work done on my Tesla. The team was also great about communicating updates on my vehicle. They even finished earlier than expected. I would absolutely use Crash Champions again if I needed work done.

The repair work done on my Tesla was exceptional, completed ahead of schedule, and looks brand new again! I was updated throughout the process by text messages which were extremely helpful and informative. My car was fully detailed when completed! Thank you for the excellent experience!
View on GoogleI strongly urge any Tesla owner, whether new or used, to avoid this place. Their communication is poor and they lack the expertise to properly repair these vehicles. I was told my car was fully fixed with no issues and in good condition after they “fixed” it. However, when my friend went to pick it up, the warning lights were still on before even leaving the lot, so I had them go back inside immediately to report that nothing had been fixed. After bringing the car home, it began making a loud noise, clearly showing that only cosmetic work had been done while the original mechanical issue remained. Despite this, the manager insisted they had done everything and “dug deep” into the vehicle, and even tried to claim the warning lights were not on and that there was no power reduction messages at time of pickup . I told the manager that was not true, as my friend had already gone back inside to complain about those exact issues before even leaving the lot. Even after they eventually took the vehicle to Tesla to address the main issues, I am now hearing very loud creaking when turning the wheel and going over bumps. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Going forward, I will only take my vehicle directly to Tesla, and if you value your Tesla, I strongly recommend you do the same. Coincidentally google does not allow me to post videos otherwise I’d immediately post them and the noises this car is making right now would drive every single Tesla owner away again please do your car and self a favour and just go to Tesla especially if you are going through insurance
View on GoogleI highly recommend these folks. They’re on point with communication, explaining what happens in the process and giving you updates on your car. The confidence in their work was telegraphed in their warranty and on my phone calls with the associate. That makes a big difference in turning a stressful event, like your car getting into an accident, into a good experience. They were very helpful with the rental car company and gave my car back to me in a state that was better than before the accident.
