One of those old ...family run places where if your friends, you may get discounts or free work even, but if not, you may get helped in a timely manner and you may wait 3 consecutive days like I did. DAY 1... I show up at like 1:30 pm. There's 3 vehicles present period. I was told atleast 2 hour wait. So I come back 2 hours later plus a few minutes. 4:15 to be exact..." oh , were closed man." 45 minutes early? "Yeah sorry man". Gotta show up at exactly opening if you want to get in. So I do. And I leave almost 3 hours later. Look, I'm not complaining. Im really not. I know how the business works. But West Frankfort has 2 tire places that I've always showed up whenever, and left no more than an hour later. They too have the " Ol boys club" but you still get treated like an equal customer no matter what. I surely was not, and I was referred by someone in their " club ". I was looked at, evaluated, and pushed off 2 consecutive days by 2 young men who were accustomed to acting this way. I know its first come , first serve as it should be. But ture change doesn't take a professional any amount of time.they cost me overtime twice from work, kept me from a very important medical appointment, and really showed me a side of local business that I just didn't expect. The other automotive places I've been to have never caused me so much inconvenience. Its a shame. Im sure theres plenty that dont have a bit of problem ever here. But that just wasn't my experience

Had my water pump and timing chain replaced on my 2.7l chrysler 300 2006 only took 1 full day and runs like a dream Id take my vehicle here anyday.

Good guys very nice people. Had my front tires switched to the back and brand new ones put on front in less than 30 minutes. My car is older and had some lug nut issues, I thought it might take a hour. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend this place. Amazing prices and nice people
