I initially came upon this place when my dealership maintenance package expired. John has been taking care of my services ever since. He's knowledgeable and has a good demeanor towards the customer. Very professional and clean service. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI don’t think this guy ever got out of his “mine” phase as a child. Very rude. I initially did pull up for a quick oil change but as I got out of the car was quickly greeted with “if you’re not here for an oil change get away from my doors”. On a quick glance, notice all of “his” spots are empty. It’s a shared parking lot. Every other business I’ve been to there, suggests services to one another. Rule of thumb, if it’s a packed lot, means good service. Don’t think I’ve ever even seen cars in “his” spots. There’s different ways of approaching it if you don’t want people in your spots. “Hi! Stopping in for an oil change? No? Please make sure you use one of the other spots.”

View on GoogleApperantly the worker gets upset if you park in a “claimed” area when they do not have signs of where to park. If they have designated spots then put up a sign. Every other place in this lot has no problem sharing because it’s meant to bring multiple services for customers.
View on GoogleI came in for an A/c recharge and Rafael was the technician. It was still blowing slightly cold when I came in, when I left no cool air. Came back on Sunday & John checked it for me. Cool A/C again. If Rafael doesn’t know what he is doing, he shouldn’t do the service. Thanks John for helping me out.
