I recently purchased a 2014 Acura ILX from Nelson. This was my first ever completely online purchase, so I was very nervous. Gary made the process very easy and straight forward. Paid for my car on a Tuesday via a wire transfer, she was in my driveway on Thursday morning. Couldn't be happier with the car and the service. I'm sure I annoyed Gary with all of my questions and picture requests, but he was great. Update 16DEC2025. 7 months later and still loving the car. It has been great to me. Would definitely recommend this dealer

We purchased a vehicle for my wife's dad. Found you through a local mechanic and we live east of Cleveland. Called Matt and he helped us and through the long distance purchase and when we got here the car was more than they advertised. All the people were so helpful . I ran a 400 vehicle fleet and no great service.

This is the type of place you can trust! Hard to find genuine and nice people nowadays, but at this place it’s common. The staff is awesome.. they’re informative and truly know their stuff. Some of the things I liked about the dealership were their great selection of cars, the beautiful building, and the team, who came across as professional yet relaxed. The listing matched what I saw in person, which I appreciated, although there were some minor details I couldn’t get clarified. Key points I observed: First, they claimed over half their customers were repeat buyers, which made me question whether that was due to recurring issues. Second, the salesperson repeatedly brought up a woman’s situation—saying she was close to buying, then had her father inspect the car—without confirming if that inspection was final. Third, he used a low-pressure tactic, saying he didn’t work on commission, but I realized his compensation might still be tied to sales. Fourth, the price anchoring was strong—they listed the car high and were firm, especially after adding a $900 prep fee, which wasn’t fully explained. Fifth, the sudden offer to remove the prep fee came with a same-day deadline, which felt rushed and distracted from the actual price. Lastly, when he gave me his business card, he mentioned he gets so many messages he might not see mine, so I didn’t message him directly, figuring he wouldn’t even notice. I hope this helps others spot these tactics and make a more informed decision.
