Very good customer service. I called to ask if there was availability for an alignment and tire rotation since the car I was in was in no good shape to drive and needed something close by for safety. I Fabian answered the phone and was very polite and helpful; he also took care of us when we got there. The job gone down fairly quick and what a difference it made. I will trust Just tires for a future alignment. What we liked the most is that we were 2 women and we didn't feel we were taken advantage of in pricing or extra services as is usually for women (if you know you know) in this type of cases. So yeah, I will highly recommend Just tires to Anyone.

I was just at Just Tires, Mt. Prospect for a 3-year alignment on my Ford Transit Connect. While I appreciate the alignment results, I am very disappointed to find that the technician left my steering rack-and-pinion boot in a severe torsional bind after adjusting the toe. As you can see in the attached photo, the boot was twisted so tightly it would have torn within days. I have corrected the boot myself. Since I have a 3-year plan, I expect better quality control on my future visits.

Went in for a flat tire that had a nail in it. I went to the Des Plaines location 1st, around noon on a Saturday and they stated that they had three cars ahead of me, so I would have to leave it there over the weekend. I ended up going to the Mount Prospect location and the manager Fabian was awesome! I literally saw all their slots with a car in it, he helped me get an awesome deal on all four tires, which I definitely needed and had me out within a couple of hours. Thank you Fabian and to your tech team who were fast and sufficient! I haven’t seen good customer service like this in a long time. It feels like I’m driving a new car again! I definitely recommend going to the Mount Prospect location and ask for Fabian!

I visited Just Tires for the first time to purchase new tires and get an alignment, and I had an outstanding experience.!!The front-desk gentlemen were incredibly friendly, professional, but Mr. Fabian Diaz truly stood out. He was exceptional. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, always considering things from the customer’s point of view. Even though the shop was busy, he remained extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He had great wit, gave clear and accurate information, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the new tires and the service I received were top-notch. I feel confident and safe driving my car this winter thanks to the excellent work they did. Highly recommend! Thank you all!!!!!:)
