Outstanding customer service and quality work. Dealing with car repairs is already stressful enough, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He arranged for pickup and drop off times with the rental place, I was truly impressed with service provided. Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations, started working on the car Tuesday, was ready by Friday and mostly importantly, my car looked great! Thank you so much

View on GoogleAfter several visits to very well known body shops in Chicagoland o wasn't satisfied and I had a hard time trusting anyone of them with my new LEXUS. I did some research on Google and came across GBS Mount Prospect. Very good reviews! I was skeptical. Anyone can ask his friends to rate him on Google. That was not the case. When I met the owner from the first 5 minutes of the conversation I knew the man knew his trade very well. I felt comfortable trusting my car with him. Everything he told me was spot on. He kept me updated with photos through the process. I came to his office while waiting he was handling phone calls of other patrons. He was very polite accommodating and all customer satisfaction oriented. After the car was put together we had a green reflection from the paint which is the most expensive car paint you can find out there. His technician did some adjustments to which I was very satisfied. No said the owner! He called the paint company who sent a technician to come up with the exact match. My car looks similar to the day I bought it. 100% one of the best bodyshops around. 100% trust and quality. I will recommend him to everyone who loves his car. Thank you very much. A very happy customer.
