Exceptionally courteous staff. Unsurpassed service. Complete honesty concerning vehicle's condition and need, yet with zero pressure to buy either products or services. The only car service (other than where the lead mechanic is a close friend of mine) I feel comfortable recommending. I went to a few others and can only say that not much has changed in that field - they're still trying to rip people off at every opportunity; at best I was quoted same battery $49 more, with "free" installation, at worse $49 more with $60 installation charge. Etc., etc., etc. With flat, posted rates for service and equipment prices available in a catalog, I could drive out without having to worry how much I got ripped off this time. Strongly recommend.

My car's "check engine" light had come on, but was running fine. They told me to drop it off to fix it. Called me the next day and it was ready. Paid them, and left. "check engine" light came back on as soon as I left. Made a u-turn and told them about it. They said that they replaced the spark plugs and wires, to keep an eye on it and the "check engine" light would eventually go out. 3 days later my light was still on. Ended up taking my car to another shop, and told me it was a bad fuel injector on cylinder #5. They replaced it and the "check engine" light never came back on. Don't waste your time at Cars, take it to a reputable shop where they know how to repair.

Ive been going to this place for a couple years here and there and they always go above and beyond for me. I work on my car most of the time but had them do some jobs for me i couldnt do, and they always got me on the road. They go out of their way to help you, i highly recommend this business!
