Called Busse in a panic after a shitsuation unloaded in my truck during a routine trip to the groomers. We’ve become quite the regular customer this week having just had my brakes replaced earlier in the week. Both times Chad, Kyle, and Mark were able to accommodate a last minute appointment with understanding and kindness. Fernando got the back squeaky clean and did much more than was expected. So grateful to have such an honest and reliable family owned neighborhood business nearby. Thanks Busse!

Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.

Long story long, but this is just a detailed review of an amazing experience I recently had with Busse Automotive, and the work done by Mark, Chad, Kyle etc. My 2010 G37x needed an oil change, so I brought it in for that. Later that day they recommended rear brakes to be done because they were at 15% life, which I said let's go ahead and do. Later that same day they said that my front sway bar links could potentially be replaced if I wanted and that it *might* resolve a rattling noise that my car was making. For years my car had a slight rattle when idling so I figured let's go ahead and do that too for ~$500 they said it would cost. The next day I got my car back from them and all seemed fine initially. But when I took it on its first trip of real distance, I noticed things happening with it that weren't previously happening: the front suspension was very noisy, large pop noises were coming from the front of the car often, and the ride quality had massively degraded. At this point, I was pretty mad to put it nicely. It was disappointing to have done an "elective" repair to my car with the sway bar links and suddenly felt like my car was heavily affected in a negative way. Next week I reached out to them after not seeing any of the issues get better (and I would say they got worse) and they said bring the car in and we'll make it right for you, which, spoiler ... they absolutely seem to have done for me. I brought my car in Thursday morning, and later that day Chad called me saying they immediately found one issue with the sway bar link installation that would be fixed. But that the other issues still needed to be investigated. They ended up ordering parts for the car to address various side effects of the work that was done. I was given a loan through this entire process (Thursday - Tuesday) and Tuesday they said come on by the car should be ready. They did quite a bit of work for me on the car during that time frame, because Kyle said they were having a hard time tracking down the actual cause of the popping sound. But, regardless of that, the effort they went through the "make it right" and give me my car back in excellent condition was truly amazing and I might never see this level of customer service again in my life from any other business. Major props for how they handled this and I can't say thanks enough. So far, so good with the car since I got it back from them. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I took my Nissan Pathfinder 2005 for a detail job headlight polish, and a oil pressure sensor replacement. They were reasonable on the price and they did a great job cleaning inside and out. The day I picked up the truck it had a layer of dust and no treatment on the tires on it that’s why I’m removing one start. Overall it was a good experience!

This is probably not my first 5 star review for Busse, but I cannot help it. They go out of there way to see what is wrong with my 2011 Rav4. Right now I think I have a shock problem. I made an appointment and Mark said to stop by and they will ride with me. Kyle rode in the car, bounced the car and no sound or bounce. Not what I was experiencing. I will bring the car in and they will check. Such nice service. I have brought my car in for all the services.
