I was a victim of the Hyundai and Kia vandalism and thefts and had a difficult time trying to find a repair shop through my insurance agency. I started looking around and found GT Auto Repairs online and read a few reviews and decided to call. The customer service was friendly and they were more than happy to take a look. We worked through my insurance and within a few weeks I had my car back in great condition. My only issue was the request for cash because their machine was out and they couldn't tell me when it would be repaired. That sent me through a loop because who wants to be carrying around cash like that in this day and age.

I went with this Garage due to Google reviews. I'm glad I did. They towed my car all the way from Orland Park for free. They diagnosed my problem and did a great job fixing it. Pete(owner) kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. They are not the cheapest shop in town depending on your preference on parts brands But, to me, that's kind of the point. The best is that you are treated with respect, always honest, and will work with your situation if needed the best they can. You get what you pay for Two thumbs way up for GT Auto Service Center👍👍
