I had an accident in my Audi A few weeks ago and it was really hard for me to trust somebody with the truck I love… I did a lot of research and I learned that this place was actually Audi certified, which is very rare And they also had a good reputation so I gave them a shot.. I couldn’t drive my vehicle from my house well they recommend that I didn’t so I didn’t cause more damage because there was sub frame damage and bent rims etc and they educated me with the all-wheel-drive that it would be a risk and how my insurance wouldn’t cover it so they sent a free tow truck Which came here and was a great service picked up my vehicle. I asked and inquired because I’m picky. Everything that was involved and I wanted to make sure what was being changed because I thought more should and it was Jesus that educated me how it’s a process and how the insurance company attempt something and they don’t replace it unless they have to because it will not go in alignment . I saw my subframe was a little bent so I really wanted to make sure that part was done, but he explained the whole process and everything. He said would probably have to be replaced through his expert experience he knew it was not going to pass, but he had to try just to satisfy the insurance company.. He gave me a date when the truck would be done, and then the insurance company decided they had to replace the subframe too because it would not go into alignment.. And I received a new date and he was done by both deadlines !! Everything here went really smoothly. I got my truck back and I waited about a week to leave a review because I wanted to make sure there was no other issues. All I could say is this ….I crawl underneath everything is new. Everything works perfect and it’s honestly driving better than it even was when I went in there. Their customer service was great and there was just total transparency through the whole repair process and all I can say is I’m very happy with these people even the lady at the front desk Griselda knew what she was talking about… I am a plumber so to me reviews me and everything because it’s how we get our business and how we stay alive and all I have to say is you can’t satisfy everybody but my experience there was great!!!

We asked for an extra quote, and they gave us a great price. They treated us like family—we definitely recommend Midwest Auto Body! They did a fantastic job, were punctual, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We would definitely be back in the future.

I damaged my pickup truck at the parking garage on a curb. I brought it to a body shop and said it wasn’t fixable and had to replace 3 different panels and gave me an outrageous price. Midwest body shop was able to make it work and saved me a ton of money on the fix. Will definitely come here again in the future.

Worst service received! “Mechanics” did really poor work ! GLUED front bumper from the top driver side corner , paint job was done so poorly ! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone !

Midwest Auto Body was recommended by our insurance agency as trustworthy body shop in our area. We have a 2023 Mazda CX-5 that was involved in three car collision and we needed some repairs to be done. We just picked up our car on Monday and it looks good. The car was ready for us earlier than it was estimated. We are very grateful for that, we depend on our car a lot. The staff is professional, very friendly and polite, good on answering questions. It is also great to have a year warranty on work that was done. Thank you, Midwest Auto Body!
