Mel was super great and the Spanish tech Marco was awesome. Mel really is honest and tries everything to get your car done correctly. I appreciate his company and Highly recommend his services for all your A/C auto needs.

View on GoogleHad Mel fix my AC, needed a evaporator and we added the heater core. Mel kept me informed about everything going on. Everything is working great. Air is cold, heat is hot. Everything was reassembled correctly, they did a great job. Very happy.
View on GoogleI dealt with Lori the whole time in my experience. They preinspected a vehicle for me and told me there was "surface rust" underneath but it's in good condition - giving their seal of approval both on the invoice and on the phone. It was out of state and I told them I'm looking for a reliable vehicle hence the preinspection. It gets here, and within 2 days the muffler is rattling all over the place so I bring it to my mechanic who I know and trust very much. He hoisted it up and told me to come here...he literally started picking the subframe rust with his fingers it was so bad and deemed it unsafe to drive! I emailed Lori and Mel and told them I'm highly disappointed and am now looking at about $2k worth in repairs between the subframe and muffler. Id stay AWAY!
