Absolutely had the best experience with them from the start! My car was done in like 6 days. Everyone there was extremely nice and easy to work with. Carlos was my estimator and he was wonderful the whole time. I even left my keys like an idiot and Kayla kept them for me and called me to let me know! She’s the sweetest as well! Definitely would recommend.

Took my 1999 Chevy s10 for some body work, and they informed that my bearings and suspension where rusted out. Thank God they told me because that rust was destroying my grandpa’s truck. I will forever trust them and recommend them. Thank you Gerber Collision!!

I used this repair shop as my insurance referred me there and I have had terrible service here with my vehicle. My car has been in this shop for 2 months now and I still do no have my vehicle back! My insurance paid the shop in full up front and now there are some dents on the top they can't fix and are trying to do a full top replacement, without any communication with me! My vehicle was never covered from the interior since they started work on it and I complained about that and as of today the interior is worse now than it was before! The first time they said it was ready for pick up I went to see my vehicle and they didn't even bother to clean it at all! Very bad communication with their clients and they do not follow up with you on updates on what is going on with your vehicle!No professionalism whatsoever! HORRIBLE management service, as of today I am still waiting for the manager to call me back! I do NOT recommend you going to this shop!
