Belle Tire

So I didn't leave a review, but it is right that I do. I have had great experience. I was informed about my vehicle, the parts that needs the most of my attention and what to expect from those parts. I was given a quote on four tires. The warranty is fair... I got my Wheels Aligned and Josh was very helpful in helping understand some things I did not know. My next step is to get my VTM-4 checked out. I thank you

Belle Tire is a class act! I have been to few different Belle locations and each one is clean and orderly. The staff are all very professional and friendly from the front service writers to the techs in the shop. The Melrose Park store is the one I primarily go to as it is the most convenient location for me and I am very happy with everyone I have interacted with! I grew up surrounded by all aspects of the automotive repair industry and professionlly worked in the auto collision world as a tech, damage appraiser and shop manager approximately 20 years. There is not much I have not done in automotive repair. to this day I still work on the side on my own and friends vehicles which includes motorcycles. When it comes to tire time I shop around and always give Belle Tire the last shot. They have either matched or come very close to the best price I get and I choose them because of their clean and organized shop, great service and excellent attitude! I highly recommend Belle Tire for all your tire needs!

I would highly recommend this Belle Tire location in Hoffman Estates, IL. I came in to get both rear brake pads and rotors replaced and I was quoted a very good price and even received a discount from the manager Manny Vyas, who was very friendly and open. He spoke with a smile. One of the techs, KK, was also friendly and very knowledgeable as he showed me what needed to be fixed on my car. The energy is here is warm and trusting and I will make sure all of my friends and family come to this location for their maintenance/repair needs. The interaction outside of the business handled felt like I was talking to friends. 10/10 service.

I had a great experience at Belle Tire. I came in with a nail in my tire, and they took my car in right away. The repair was done in just 30 minutes for no cost at all! The assistant manager, Josh, was very nice and professional throughout the process. Super quick, efficient, and excellent service — highly recommend!

I scheduled a visit to have my stock wheels and tires upgraded to a larger diameter and wider tire. The all around team from office manager to the mechanical specialists performed the work with great care and professionalism. Plus friendly staff. I went in the following day to have the alignment performed and was on target just as I asked; a horizontal steering wheel in relation to the dash and drove straight as an arrow. Just how I like it, and I have to say, since the last few alignments, this was the Best Alignment! Better than the dealer which I had to go back and still not good. Belle Tire paid attention to detail and issued the before and after alignment report for my records. Great service and all around great work from everyone. Joe.
