I had an excellent experience at BNZ HAUS. I brought my car in for a check engine light, and instead of jumping to unnecessary repairs, they cleared the code and took the time to properly test drive the vehicle. They were honest and transparent, and didn’t find any issues that required replacement. I had also been advised by another dealership to replace my engine air filter and cabin filter, but BNZ HAUS inspected both and honestly told me they were still in great condition and didn’t need to be changed. That level of integrity is rare. Truly exceptional customer service and honesty. I left feeling confident and not overcharged. Highly recommend!

First time using this place, and it was a complete hassle. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, I was told how much it would be to fix and that they should hopefully have it done same day. It took 3 days, and several phone calls with them claiming it was "almost finished", and then my bill was $300 more than my quote. I have been waiting 5 business days so far for a call from the manager who was supposed to call me the next business day to address all of this.

Brought in my W205 c63 amg for a tuning dyno revision and other maintenance and Matt and Fred were excellent. I rarely ever trust my car at places, especially dropping it off for a few days, but they kept me updated throughout the whole thing and had the car ready when I said I needed it by and they were very honest people. I would definitely suggest taking your car here.

I have been taking my Mercedes the Fred at BnzHaus for a few years and I couldn’t be happier. Dealer quality service and advice at an honest and reasonable cost. Also provides loaner vehicles which is an absolute lifesaver. Hands down I would recommend. Not a Willy Billy do it all mechanic, this is serious Mercedes specialist. In addition to OEM parts and service, also does aftermarket performance upgrades and tunes.
