The Complete Automotive Repair Shop LLC

I recently moved from Arizona to Illinois and was worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic in a new state. I’m really glad I found The Complete Automotive Repair Shop LLC. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly honest about what my car needed. Since moving, this has easily been the best automotive service experience I’ve had. My car runs smoother than ever, and I feel confident knowing the work was done right. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust, especially after relocating, but this place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, I’m definitely sticking with them for all future maintenance and repairs!

Been a loyal customer for apprx. 4yrs. Their customer service is TERRIBLE since Rafael left. I only go back for service because I have warranties on parts that they’ve “fixed”. Even though I truly don’t believe they attempt to fix anything anymore because I keep going back for same issues. I’ve had everything under the sun fixed, per their recommendations, and my car still does not drive as if any of those recommendations were necessary and/or as if the work recommended was the root of the problem. They do not move with efficiency and will try to keep your car overnight without telling you. They also do not call to update you on any service needed or eta of work being completed on your vehicle. In the past, they did all of that and worked to find the most affordable parts for your car, but now they don’t. They may also fix minor issues on your car without your knowledge and TRY to make you pay for it when you pick up your vehicle . Overall, the “convenience” of this shop is not worth the hassle or having to interact with the personnel there. You’re better off going to Firestone tbh, their prices are almost identical and ATLEAST at Firestone you’ll get a real print out of parts/labor /warranties that you purchased.

Took my car in because I was hearing a sound coming from my wheels. They diagnosed the issue as bad front drive shaft. I replaced that along with my back brakes and rotors. $1100…Get a call the sound is 85 percent gone. We need to change the rear drive shaft bearing. I agree take it off send it to shop and boom can’t replace because it’s all one part. Need a whole new shaft. Pricing $1100. I couldn’t pay and brung it back few weeks later. Boom they find a used one $982. Pick car up drive for a min New sound now. Return car. We had for people drive it we couldn’t hear anything. I bring it back again drive with mechanic 5 secs oh I hear it now. So I leave car and tell them the AWD is stuck they call me up and say I need a new alternator. Idle pulley and belt. Another $900. I refuse and take my car to dealer. They reset a module and now my car is fine. I did not need no alternator.I believe I didn’t need a rear drive shaft either. I also got a new battery because they said I needed one and tried to charge me $380. Check my paperwork

I recently took my car to get the heating system checked. And literally a day or two later Unfortunately, the hose was not reattached correctly, leading to further issues. Now, my car requires a new timing belt, which affects the motor. I called in, (and have a recording of them saying it) and they stated that things like this happens when you don't get maintenance done. Which means they did this just so that i can come back to spend money with them. However, my car never had this problem until I went to them. I'm very disappointed with the service and the additional costs incurred due to this oversight.i should’ve known something was up when i left from the shop in my check engine light were on which was not on when I went in to the shop. Please be cautious of this shop they’re rip off.

Great shop and great guys. We had them work on many cars and they are always on point. Jim and the guys are always willing to go the extra mile so don't hesitate to let them do for on your vehicle.
