Dropped off car for alignment appointment after calling to confirm. When I arrived no one seemed to know anything. Young lady took my keys and walked off didn't really give me any information on pricing warranty etc. Definitely need to work on customer service skills at this location. They got the job done but took hours and I got a call that it was ready and when I got there they had no clue. Kinda UNSAT for a big company. You all can do much better!

I had a first experience t he first time I went there with Jose and older appearing guy very nice. So i wanted to winterize my car with a new battery, set of wipers. Just for them to scam me this time around. 10 days after everything my wiper is streaking. The first thing i noticed was that they left the old wiper in on the passenger windshield, only changed the driver’s side. And now both sides are streaking real bad. I feel so angry but i don’t even have time to go in cos of work.

Lansing Pep boys. I went into it one tire change. By the time I got my ticket after being ignored and not told can I help your next period my ticket was for 11:36. I was told 45 minutes to an hour and by the time I finally got my text saying my car was ready it was 5:45. And when I got there that text wasn't for me it was another mistake so I actually picked up my car after 6:00 6:30 actually about 6:30. It was six six and a half hours so I got my car. For one tire. I was told several times that my car was next. Then I was told that the guy changing tires getting them out of order. Then I was told that they were doing cars that weren't picked up for the next day and they could have put mine in place but they chose not to. So 45 minutes to an hour tire change took 6 plus hours. I was not greeted once. I was not apologized to I was not offered a discount. I was totally ignored disrespected. Out of everything in my life at this age that was the worst experience I've had everybody in that place including the old man that didn't even know how to use the computer who was really really old. And yeah that was horrible everybody in that place was horrific that was a horror show please please stay away from there that was horrible and everybody that came in was frustrated and mad

This place sucks. I hate writing these but gotta say this. Took my car here and explained to the on duty manager I was hearing noises and having a a problem under the vehicle. Went there around 9:30to 9:40 ish, received a text letting me know I could track when my car would be being worked on. Tracked it said the car would Be ready around 11:30. Saw my car was being worked on and it was an afterthought. Closer to12:30 or 1 , I was told that during a test drive my wheel fell off and they left my car in the side of the road. Went to get my car a police officer was gonna tow it because they left it in the middle of the street . They informed me that I would have to pay for a tow back to their shop. Went back and fourth with Tierra multiple times she refused to get me tow until she talked to her dm.they called and would get me a tow to their shop 2 blocks away and then they would work on my car from there. I refused after I was told they would not give a discount or compensation for the inconvenience. She told me that I inconvenienced them by bringing them My car. So this place is sucks

Absolutely terrible service. Arrived at 5:30 for my 6 pm appointment. First the old man at the counter completely ignored me pecking at his keyboard for 5 minutes until he acknowledged me. I tell him I’m here to get tires and he laughs and says probably not today. I told him I have an appointment made online for 6 and he says those don’t matter and I should have called first. He said he will see if he can get me in so I stand at the counter for another 25 minutes with no status update. The phones are ringing off the hook the entire time. People behind me are pissed because they also have an appointment and are being told that’s not gonna happen. Never again here. I’ll pay extra at another shop to simply be acknowledged. I’ll definitely never recommend anyone come here.
