Deserves 0 stars. I went there cause of the experience I had at a different Jeep dealership so decided to give this place a chance and it’s closer to home for me. I arrived 15-20 mins before my appointment. The door was lifted for me to pull in and I just sat there. I’m looking to see if someone is going to come greet or say something and no one came at all. The people that were there kept walking passed the truck and another person was literally sitting right next to my window and didn’t speak as well. The next person to walk pass my car I just asked to get the door up so I can go somewhere else. Customer service is clearly poor. Never assume the customer knows how you operate that’s why you should be greeting or at least helpful as to how your service center operates. I would never patronize this place for service at all and I should’ve checked the service reviews before making the appointment cause I never would’ve wasted my time going to this place with ignorant workers.
