I went here to see if my tire had air coming out to see if they could repair maybe a rim leak or punctured tire? I had already put air on tire to get here, and I asked if they can check it. They told me so do you want us to put air, because to check it will take all day, it was 1:45 pm and closes at 5pm. I was like never mind bye. I learned that it's best to go to a mom and shop tire place, best if it's a Mexican shop, they just check them right away seal and go. I won't bother coming here ever, first and last time coming here.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. Just took my car in this morning for an oil change, when the girl called to tell me it was ready for pickup she said the technician said there was no coolant in there and could not add any, but they did add the other fluids needed. Got my vehicle home and had my brother in law , who is a mechanic, come over to check the fluid levels and find out that whatever technician worked on my car didn't add enough oil and it was low, wiper fluid wasn't added either. You would think after I just spent almost $100 for an oil change things would have been completed properly. I will not be back in the future if all you are doing is taking customers money and NOT doing the work correctly.

I had a 9:00 am appointment for some tires I got here at the lansing location at 8:30 and notified the staff I arrived early. I stayed in my car 15 minutes the gentleman came out and got my truck at 8:45 and I'm walking out at 9:15 with new tires. I'm completely satisfied with the service and the team at this location.

The young lady told me my tire wasn't repairable and that I needed to purchase a new one. She stated they don't have long patches. I told her I bought them from Firestone, and she said they wouldn't fix it. I asked, "Okay, do you have the exact tire?" and she informed me that she had never heard of the type of tire I had but would order it. I said, "I'll take my car somewhere else." I had a nail in my tire. I took it somewhere else, and the guy fixed it in 10 minutes.
