Frank or Dr. Frank. I have given him that official title because his bedside manner & pragmatic approach was that of a highly trained Doctor. When I came in with my issue and said that AutoZone said I need a starter, he immediately said what are the symptoms/what's happening with the car? And the experience went uphill from there! I liked his energy and I liked how he interacted with his staff! I will be back when I need other services… Oh yeah, he fixed my car! However, the customer service will bring me back!

Thousands of dollars later, threats to sue, I got a refund. Please dont trust the company, even when Frank smiles and feeds you information from the mechanics. He is not the mechanic. Be aware! The shop broke component in my transmission and attempted to cover up the damages. I'm glad they told me to go to another shop. That was the best advice. Thanks for wasting my time!!!

Went by here today to ask about freon for my vehicle. I was told by the mechanic that I have special freon and to come back tomorrow. I checked with autozone and they sell the freon that they said that only a dealership or mechanic has. After these reviews, I won't go back. I am so happy that I didn't spend any money here.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service. My car was towed in on February 28th for a non-start. I was told it only needed a battery and oil change, with a recommendation for future brake work. I specifically asked if the brakes were urgent and was assured I could drive the car safely. Less than two weeks later, the car failed again. Upon bringing it back, I was told it was 'ready' for pickup. Only when I arrived on site did the owner inform me the car was undriveable and needed to be towed, and that it was not 'worth fixing.' This lack of clear communication and misrepresentation of the car's condition is unacceptable.
