Fast work! Jeep dealer said they couldn’t get me until 2 weeks later. I found Fine Tune on Google. Went in on Wednesday did the diagnostic in less than an hour. Ordered the part and repaired it in less than 45 minutes on Friday! And the part wasn’t even needed. The circuit was unplugged.

Took my 2016 Porsche Cayenne for a headlight problem. They took very good care of my car. Fixed the problem that the Porsche dealer could not do and for half the price. Definitely, one of my number 1 people to go to.

Moving out of state in a couple weeks and happened to call them after another place was trying to charge me for something I didn't need right now and also wasn't even the problem causing the issue with my car. Turns out all I need was a wheel bearing replaced. They had the part in and my car done in less than a day and got me road ready for the road trip for 1000 less than the other place was trying to charge me. Mark, Troy and Zack were absolutely great. 1000% recommend Fine Tune Auto.

I can’t say enough good things about Fine Tune Auto. They are so quick and efficient. They work with my warranty company and take everything out of my hands. I had to have a completely new transmission put in and most recently went there for my tires. I called them Thursday afternoon with a leak and had 4 brand new tires put on by Friday afternoon. Brian and Danielle are always so friendly and helpful when I call in.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Do YOUR RESEARCH. I dropped off my Chevy spark LT with them for a battery cable replacement. I was very clear about what service I needed, however they did everything but do what I asked of them. They did a diagnosis and charged me 160 for it. Which I shouldn’t have had to pay knowing what my issue was at first so that was a scam. They gave me estimate of repairs but not what I’ve brought it up there for which was the battery cable so I called them and they told me they were waiting for an estimate.. two weeks they had my car never received a call about the estimate for the battery cable they have terrible communication, I had to call for an update every single time. They had my car since may 2 it is now may 19 when I called up there for an update NO PROGRESS, no estimate for the cable nothing!! They kept switching my technicians, one would tell me something different than the other. one technician literally said he was ordering my cables and was waiting for the estimate on may 2 but when I called up there on may 19 it was a different guy and he acted confused about the battery cable he said (I don’t remember this conversation) your car start just fine as if the battery cables weren’t the issue when IT WAS THE ISSUE!!! they wanted money for the other repairs and didn’t want to do my simple repair just money hungry!!! I picked up my car may 20th. Nothing got fixed, just a waste of time and 160!!! Took my car somewhere else and got my cables replaced. They claimed I needed a wheel alignment they was charging me 1279 for and claim I had a passenger axle leak which they was charging me 730 for. I will be getting a second opinion and if it’s true I will pay someone else for the work I will never go back to them. If you need any small repairs I recommend anyone else but them!! I could’ve saved my 160.
