Do NOT take your car here! I feel it’s necessary to warn others. I brought my car to this shop after an accident, and Allstate insurance paid the owners, William and Norma (a husband-and-wife team), over $4,500 for the repairs. Unfortunately, my car was not properly fixed. I had to return to the shop multiple times due to issues that should have been handled the first time: The tires still had identification numbers written on the inside (suggesting they weren’t replaced or properly refurbished). One of the doors didn’t align with the other side of the car. The bumper wasn’t fixed as promised. The owner initially told me to bring the car in on a specific day, but when I arrived, he refused to fix it and falsely claimed someone else had hit my car—which was absolutely not true. To get a second opinion, I took my vehicle to another reputable shop. They confirmed that the original repairs were done incorrectly and that the alignment issues stem from improper work inside the trunk, which is also causing a large gap by one tail light and making my rear bumper stick out on one side. Now, the second shop is charging me $785 to correct the issues that should have been handled the first time. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. Save yourself the trouble—go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Damage about a year now. And it’s been great. They really treat you like a family, And giving you the best service they can offer. They have worked on my car multiple times and it always look incredible. They did my widebody kit for my dodge charger 2017 and my LED lights.

View on GoogleHorrible customer service..I was referred by Napolten's dealership for minor door hedges to be adjusted and bolted,I paid for that and was quoted for a bumper replacement/repair... when time to bring it back for the repair for the bumper the owner says they misquoted me?; and then lied and said that they didn't look at the bumper but I sent photos as well... very trashy business.
