JP auto repair

45 minutes from home, late on a Friday afternoon, I was frantically trying to find a mechanic to replace my alternator that went out on me. I Googied “auto repair near me” and came across JP Auto Repair. I called and spoke to Jorge who said he’d wait for me to get the car to him. After about two hours, I was able to get the battery charged enough to get the car to him. True to his word, he waited for me. By the time I got to him, the place he gets parts from was closed so I ran to Auto Zone to get the part using his account for a discount (I didn’t have to do this). I got the part back to him so he could do the repair on Saturday. I am very thankful to have found a mechanic who was close to where I was, stayed open, let me use his discount and was open on Saturday to do the repair. He was very nice, honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and will likely go out of my way to have future repairs done 45 minutes from home because I had such a great experience!!

George and JP were able to 911 fix a bolt that had punctured my fiances car on our way out for the night. I was worried no one would be open but they were open and even talked me through any possible problems before getting approval to try plugging the tire. Luckily it worked! And they didn't charge me for the 10 minutes it took. Super glad to have found a great family auto shop in the neighborhood.

Really is a great shop. If your expecting a dealership experience don’t go there but if you want honest humble mechanics with great service and prices definitely go there. The mechanic waited for me until midnight when my tires fell off and needed a shop to tow it to. And after that ,communicated with me every day until the job was done. Very fair pricing. He Just wants his customers to be happy and be able to pay rent at the end of the day. He’s Not going to rob you if your uneducated about cars… like some shops out there. .. 👍I know how to fix my own cars but have no time in the summer. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles hear in the future when the unexpected happens .
