Crash Champions Collision Repair Lake In The Hills

My car was vandalized and I went through my insurance (USAA) and one of the shops that was recommended was Crash Champions. I made an appointment very easily and was met by Jim and Kevin who were very nice and professional. They did a comprehensive exam of my car to ensure that all the damage would be taken care of. Kevin made sure that the car was washed as well to see if there was any damage underneath the salt stains due to the weather. Enterprise on Rt. 31 works with Crash Champs so when I dropped off my car for the body work Crash Champs called Enterprise to send a representative to pick me up and drop me off at the Enterprise site to rent my car (I was also able to drop my rental car off at Crash Champs and they called Enterprise and took care of the rest). Overall it was a very easy and stress free experience. My car was returned to me looking brand new and smelling brand new as they did a complete detail of my car (and found my sunglasses for me)!

Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Crash Champions Lake In The Hills to anyone who’s in need of repairs and wants a reliable, trustworthy business to help take care of their vehicle needs.

My 2025 vehicle was in the LITH Crash Championship for repairs. Because of the new model, it created some complications for the repairs. Angelo and Kevin were extremely professional, courteous and communicative regarding those issues. While several issues arose during the time my vehicle was in the shop, I was able to address those issues in a very much appreciated and businesslike manner, and the resolution of those issues were to my satisfaction. I would certainly refer others to the shop and would use them again if necessary.

Brought my car in to inquire about getting my front bumper fixed. They were able to get me in same day and did a great job. The service advisor and manager at this location went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

I recently brought my car into the Lake in the Hills Crash Champions and received excellent service and communication throughout the process. Angelo and his team helped me to refresh the paint and fix some of the body panels on my muscle car to ensure there were no major rust issues after it sat stored for an extended period of time.
