I own a remodeling company in the Chicagoland area. My work trucks take a daily beating transporting heavy materials and driving lots of miles. I only trust one auto repair shop with not only my company vehicles but personal as well, Sunset Auto & Tire. The owner Maricela goes way out of her way to make sure each of her customers are 110% satisfied and that they completely understand what work needs to be done and why. They don't try to oversell you and they do everything possible to save you money. Gavin the service writer takes his time to explain there findings, what the cause was and what needs to be done to get a problem fixed. You receive daily texts/calls updating you on progress. They even offer a loaner vehicle or courtesy rides. I highly recommend this facility. They have gained my trust and a customer for life.

I recently took my Porsche in for brake service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team did a fantastic job professional, thorough, and efficient. After hitting a large pothole, a small tire leak quickly turned into a more urgent issue, so I called the shop and Diego was able to get me on the schedule with very little notice, which I really appreciated. He was helpful, accommodating, and professional as always. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, and they’ve consistently taken great care of me. Highly recommend.

So awesome!!! Taking a road trip to Oklahoma with my 2011 170k mile scion tc and they made sure I was ready and what service items to take priority of. Also women owned you know you’re getting high quality service!! I’m a bit of a car junkie myself so really cool to see her dreams come true. Would recommend to anyone for anything.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very smooth experience. Was kept informed and involved throughout the whole process. Had a full inspection done on my vehicle after going in for some fluid services. Also, was offered tints - decided getting them because I was already in market for them. My car looks fantastic.
