This isn't the first time I've used this service center; I previously brought in a semi-truck, and now I have my pickup truck serviced here. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I am satisfied and recommend them.

They did an alignment on my truck back in November, and I came in again today expecting it might need adjustment after several months on the road. To my surprise, they checked everything carefully and told me the alignment was still perfect and nothing needed to be done. I really respect that kind of honesty. They could have easily charged me for unnecessary work, but instead they were straightforward and professional. I’m also impressed that after six months the alignment is still holding up so well — that says a lot about the quality of their work. Highly recommend this shop to any truck driver looking for honest and skilled people.

Bad Experience I took my daily driver pickup truck to them for an alignment to correct some uneven wear on a front tire. After 50 minutes, the man at the desk told me my vehicle was ready. After taking my $150 payment, he told me they had to stop working on my vehicle because it needed a “torque rod”, and that I could bring it back after I got one installed and they would complete the alignment. I told him there was no such part as a “torque rod”. So, he went in back and returned and told me I needed a “tie rod”. I asked which one because there are two tie rods and four tie rod ends in that system. He went to the back again and returned with the mechanic who worked on it. He told me I needed an outer tie rod end, but couldn’t tell me which one and suggested I get them both. The reason was that they had two mechanics trying to loosen a stuck bolt and that they were unsuccessful and gave up. It was very difficult to pry information out of them. And when I drove the truck, it drove horribly with excessive negative camber. Apparently, they couldn’t put it back to the way it was. I took it to another place, that did the work without problems. Apparently, there are two different LLC’s that do alignments operating out of the exact same location. The entity that worked on my vehicle is Camber Point Corp and not Wheel 2 Wheel. This guys are really good. They give me advice to make a custom adjust , and it’s really work , my truck it’s go straight like new one.Very clean and nice place. Easy in and out, they have a big parking lot. I will return for sure. Hello again guys, I wont to make a quick update for this location. I really like how this guys treat the customers. Today I bring a new trailer for alignment after was here more than 5 months ago. I really can say, after 5 months going with custom adjust at my first axle, the truck is going straight no more going in right side, the tires are perfect and I will have it for more time for sure. I will bring here for sure my trucks and trailer for alignment.
