I had a great experience with Mike’s More Miles. They recently replaced the turbo on my Chevy Trax along with my brakes, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle. They took the time to explain the repairs in a way that made sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The work was done in a timely manner, and my car is running so much better now smooth, quiet, and safe. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, but Mike’s More Miles definitely earned mine. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and honest auto repair.

What can I say about these guys? Professional and genuinely care about their customers. They communicate and do their best to make sure you are able to make informed decisions. Good oil change but if you like to wait this is your place. 930 appointment on the lift at 940 and finished at 1030. Should never take an hour for an oil change. Not to mention they have a generic tv channel on that’s absolutely boring and nothing to keep you busy. Shop is loud in the waiting room. Waiting room is uncomfortable with their seat layout basically on top of the person in front you.

Called Mike more miles and schedualed an appointment for a vehicle inspection on my used 2020 Ram 1500 bighorn I just purchased . The mechanic gave it a look over from top to bottom . Left there with a clean bill of mechanical health , buying someone elses vehicle can be questioning on its mechanical conditions and Mikes More Miles eased my worries . Wayne the service manager & Pedro the general manager were very welcoming from the start and throrough explaining and answering all my questions . I was impressed on how organized the shop looked and would not hesitate to give them my automotive concerns to repair any work I need done to my vehicle next time......definitly a 5 star business in my experiance today . Thanks guys you rock .
