Honestly I gave them 3 for getting the job done that was the thank you part of it. Let’s get down to what I will say “YOU HIKED THE PRICE ON CAR PARTS” I did my homework now that I actually have time. You originally wanted to charge me 2100 for my car service but I told you “I didn’t have” and “I have my set amount” you say “you will make me good deal”. Which that was full of it you started off wrong. Already expected it but I played as if it was. I needed Rear Shocks you charge 359.99 for 2 ok I looked up the order part number and every outlet to see could this be fair NOT the most expensive part of rear shocks was 147.99 for 2 and that was the same shop you got my parts from. Interesting let’s continue you have done my lower control arm replaced both for 335.98 well that came to be 309.98 then we have the CV Axle shaft for 198.99 that was 154.99 which not too crazy but let’s be real not ok when you want loyal customer. I’m happy I declined your service on breaks because yeah we know how this was going to turn out. I ending with paying 1,698.99. I did decline the brakes and alignment. I do see you wanted to charge me 398.98 for fronts and 398.98 for rear brakes that’s not included the alignment with was a simple 98.99 but Tax on labor whatever with me just not the parts the shop supplies idc you have to do what you have to do. Don’t cheat people who really look for your business for help.

I went in for a free estimate and to check availability, 4 hours later I had 2 new rotors, 2 new calipers and Brake pads on both rear axles... Pricey but I'm content with the lifetime warranty.

Went to have my car examined. The white mechanic came and said there was an issue with my transmission and that I should get a transmission flush. I thought that was weird considering I never had any transmission issues. I never got the transmission flush because I knew that wasn’t the problem. AutoZone had already run a diagnostic test. I waited a month and went back and was told that I needed something other than the transmission and it was going to cost over $2,000. Hmmm, It turned out that I never needed a transmission flush. So they lied. Long story short, I went to another mechanic and had the job done for less than $2,000 that Meineke was charging. Recommendation: Always seek a second opinion when dealing with them because they lie and overcharge you if they think you're going to pay Side note: They’ll mess up your car so you’ll come back. The first time my steering wheel was squeaky whenever I turned. The second time my brakes was grinding. Both issues resolved themselves but be very careful with dealing with them.

I called MEINEKE by EASY AUTO Talked with the owner ask him three times how much would it cost to get my oil changed?He asked me twice synthetic oil.I said yes, three times he told me $54 i told him, okay, I'll be there. That's much better than the place I went last time. I showed up on time took my car in. Waited about twenty five minutes got done.He came up and told me it was done.I went to the counter and he handed me a paper I looked at it and my mouth fell open and I asked him, what do you mean $87 he said yes, I told you $87.I said no, sir.You told me and I asked you three times $54 his answer is no I said $84. I said we'll see must have a communication problem.I said, this is ridiculous.I said I could have went back to the same place and still paid cheaper.I told him I would not be back again.And if you send me one of these, I will fill it out.And it will not be good on you.They sent me one.So, now i'm sending it out to you, and its not good..

Mechanic did a nice job but upset with the owner. He over charged me on the hours the mechanic worked on a tune up. He worked 2 and I was charged for 4 hrs. The owner very unreasonable and I will never take my car back here. Also told me told me 2 mechanics worked on the car which was a lie. There was only one mechanic even the mechanic agreed with me and walked away because he didn't want to get involved.
