Multiple people have shared serious concerns about this business, and after our experience, I understand why. We brought our car in because it was stalling. They ran a diagnostic and told us the issue was the hose and sensors. We were originally quoted $600. A few days later, the quote changed to $740. When we explained that we were not agreeing to anything over the original $600 quote, the mechanic responded, “Well then I’ll take it out and your car can run like shit again.” After hearing an employee speak to a customer that way, we no longer felt comfortable trusting this shop with our car. When we came to pick up the car, they would not let us take it without paying $515 for sensors. We told them to remove whatever parts they claimed to have installed and return our original sensors. After arguing for about an hour, I called the police to make a report and have the situation documented. After that is when they moved the car to the back where we could no longer see it and removed the sensors. They then put our car in neutral and pushed it out of the garage into the parking lot. We then realized they stole our original sensors (since nothing was wrong with them) and the sensors they gave us back were sensors to a whole different car and did not fit in the correct spots. We ended up going to Advance Auto Parts ourselves, buying the correct sensors, and installing them right there in the parking lot. It took about 10 seconds to put them in, and the car was able to turn on and drive home. And much cheaper! To the family that owns this business: God bless you all. I saw the prayer altar inside the garage. You know how you are running your business, and I truly hope you choose to do the right thing for customers moving forward. An extra couple hundred dollars is not worth being dishonest, deceitful, or malicious toward people who trusted you with their vehicle. That’s just dirty money and morally/faithfully wrong.

Shout out to a Julio! He helped me in every way he could with my car. Got check engine light off for me and made sure my vehicle passed the emissions. I definitely recommend 5 star auto. Thanks again Julio!

Five Star has ten star service! They are friendly and professional. They said my car would be ready before I go to work and they did exactly that. Their prices are reasonable and my car is turning without a noise. Hopefully my car doesn’t have any more problems but if so I will definitely go back to them!

I wanna share my experience because they ripped me off and made my car turned out worse. They had told me that it was a risk to see if they can fix something in the transmission relating to the gear and they ordered the part which took long and is understandable but if risking something like that would be 50/50 I don’t understand how they consider themselves a mechanic if it’s a risk. The part that made it worse was when they tried to reverse out of the shop and it couldn't even reverse. Now I have a part of something that I don’t need and my car is worse and I ended up paying $550 for nothing.

Not recommended con artists they were supposed to fix an oil leak ended up breaking a bolt didn’t tell me so my car spilled oil had to get it towed bk so they can fix gasket they failed at that now this is how they return my car today with zero oil smh…….its been three years and your still crying with your replies move on as I did the gaskets were still leaking after replaced and then you empty my oil out when I came to pick up the vehicle the picture is literally less than an hour after we had a disagreement I took it to dealership no problem ever since so just leave it be and enjoy your life as I am
