The staff and service here are wonderful! A.J. was super helpful when I came in with a tire issue! Rob the manager was informative and kept me updated. They helped with other vehicle needs besides just our tires. We will absolutely be coming here for all future vehicle needs that can be handled here! Thank you Belle Tire Shorewood!
View on GoogleAJ went above and beyond during our visit. He made sure to get us the best tire for the best price for my SUV. I’m so appreciative that they have later hours. They’re competitors close at 6 PM and that just doesn’t work for us. Then being there till 8 PM was such a relief because I didn’t know when I was able to get my tires fixed. I highly recommend AJ and Belle tire if you’re in the need for our repair attire or a set. Definitely will be going back in the future.
View on GoogleSuch a disappointing experience with this shop. Wish I could put zero stars. My man brought his car in to have wheels installed, and he was told they were not the correct size. But they were! However, the vehicle was not properly inspected, and no attempt was made to test fit the wheels. When he asked for clarification, he was simply told to “do his research,” rather than being given a clear explanation or shown why the wheels would not fit. As professionals, we expected a more thorough assessment and better communication. Additionally, the employee made unrelated comments about his own vehicle, which did not contribute to resolving the issue and raised concerns about the level of his professionalism. Overall, the lack of effort, explanation, and customer service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this shop based on how this situation was handled. Complete waste of time and money, do not take your cars here. They also seemed very rushed to clock out!!
View on GoogleBell tire maintained a very friendly and professional demeanor. Customer service and communication was excellent. Comfortable waiting are with nice amenities. The service manager and the mechanic took time on multiple occasions to update me on progress, information and proposed services. Excellent experience with the same standard of excellence that I have come to expect with Belle tire in Shorewood. Excellent results even when correcting "competitive companies" errors. They will continue to service all 3 of my vehicles with their offered services.
View on GoogleBrought my car with 4 flat tires. After an hour and a half the guy brings it and says he fixed 1 and other 3 is ok. I walked out and heard them all leaking air. So they took it back and after another 2 hours they said they fixed it. Went to work that day, and by the end of the night 1 tire was flat, and another 2 half way flat. If the tire shop cannot fix the tire, it's pretty sad. Never going to this place again. Terrible!
