Jim is honest, knowledgeable and he provides great customer service, along with reasonable prices. I obtained a quote to replace my brakes at my regular neighborhood mechanic and Jim saved me more than $400. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Needed to have a family members vehicle fixed. Called over to this local shop and I talked to Jim. he was able to get our Ford Transit van in right away solved and fixed the coolant leak that we couldn't find.

Left for potato salad during the snow today, my driver side windshield wiper was not operating correctly.. called Itasca Auto Pro’s on a whim, Jim answered with only a few minutes left of his day, and then waited for me to arrive. Proceeded to diagnose AND fix my problem in under 10 minutes, better yet he didn’t charge me a dime… if I would’ve had cash in my wallet I would’ve been trying to find a pocket to slip it into on his coat! I don’t have any one around anymore to ask for help, so what may have felt small to Jim today, felt huge to me today, tomorrow, and throughout this holiday season.
