If you have a Sprinter, you know how tricky DPF issues can be. Manuel took care of mine efficiently and professionally. The rate was exactly what you’d expect for quality work—no surprises or overcharging. What I appreciated most was the speed; he understood I needed to be back on the road and made it happen. Great service all around.

I came in to get a UHaul that I had already ordered ahead of time, and the staffer we flagged down ignored us and proceeded to help other customers while they watched us sit and wait for over twenty minutes. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They also charged us an insurance fee even though we specifically selected “no insurance” when we ordered ahead of time. The only kind staff was the person who helped us hook the UHaul up to our hitch. This review would be 1-star if Google didn’t automatically delete 1-star reviews.
View on GoogleI’m sure these guys are decent mechanics but it’s a little frustrating after renting a U-Haul, moving all of your stuff and at the end of the day you’re told you can’t drop off your U-Haul truck because there’s no space. You shouldn’t be a U-Haul dealer if you can’t hold up your end of the agreement. The parking lot was half empty and I had to drive to another location to drop off. Sorry for being a Karen but pretty frustrating after a long day of moving.
