Horrifying personality. Hour late opening. 8am appointment. 10 am still no mechanic, parts, fluids. Awful experience. Please take the folks words that wrote the negative reviews seriously! Dangerous area. It's bad no matter how great the deal. Horrifying you will not leave happy. However, if your used to negligence and filthy office work area, and bathroom. It's all yours.

I wish I can give this place zero stars , I purchased a Groupon for $137.00 to receive a car detail inside/out I called and was told to bring the car in at 11am at the Homewood location . I arrived at 10:30 am to give myself time and ask more questions about my services I was getting . I was told to pull up once I did the man said “you here for a oil change I said No I have an appointment to get my car detailed , he gave a me strange look and said we fully booked today and it’s a wait for about 2hrs , I said okay cool that’s fine I’m dropping my car off and will wait around the area until it’s done.so he said go park car !!! I walked back to the inside and asked another man who do I leave my keys with and my contact Info so you can call when I arrive . The man said how you paying I said Groupon he say open it so I can swipe I said no because I haven’t received services yet he like okay we will call when it’s done …. Now it’s 3:30pm and I call to get An update and was told let me call you back let me see what’s going on with your car …. Now it 5:15pm and I’m assuming I spoke with the owner and he was very unprofessional and showed no concern .i explained to him that my car been sitting at the shop since 1030 am and no call . He told me well they about to close I said you all will not keep my car over night and he definitely wasn’t trying to accommodate the situation . So I went up there and saw my car which had never been service at all. Now I can’t get a refund with Groupon … this place is horrible never will recommend to nobody

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I strongly advise you to take your car to Village Auto in Hazel Crest if you need repairs and you live in the area. I called ahead at Thursday around 11am stating I needed to get my car towed to a mechanic and asked if they had the availability to take it. The manager said they have availability, bring the car. I got to their auto shop at noon the same day with the tow truck. I told the young man Don working that one of my rear tires needed to be changed, and the tie rods needed to be looked at and I think the wheel alignment was off. I was told I had to pay $100 for the inspection fee. Don said the inspection fee will go towards the cost of services. That is common practice at most auto shops. They aren’t accepting credit card payments so I had to cashapp the young man working the money for the inspection fee. I left my car there from Noon Thursday and they had not even looked at my car until 1PM Monday. Monday they called at 1:30 and stated the repairs would be $475 and they will not start the repairs until the amount is paid in full. No autoshop I have ever heard of does business like this. I decided I will not pay them a dime more than I have to. I told them to only do the repairs that will make the car drivable. They said it would be $200 to change a tire and 5 studs on my car and the $100 inspection fee will not go towards my repairs since I’m not getting everything done. That’s utterly ridiculous and it was not expressed to me that only if I got all the repairs done my inspection fee would go towards my cost of service. I have yet to receive any inspection report and they did not tell me anything about the car that I didn’t bring to their attention. I will be reporting them to the BBB. And I strongly suggest anyone who has issues with them to do the same. The manager lies and says they there is a disgruntled ex employee making bad reviews but these reviews are obviously a reflection of their poor business practices

I had a very disappointing experience at AAG in Homewood. I was told to bring my car in at 11:00 AM, so I arrived early at 10:45. When I got there, the employee seemed unaware of my appointment time and told me the service would take about 1–2 hours. However, after I dropped off my car, I was later told it wouldn’t be ready until around 3:00–3:30 PM. That’s a huge difference in expectations and completely inconvenient. When I finally picked up my car, I was extremely frustrated to see that it was still dirty. I had purchased a Groupon, and while I understand now that it only covered a vacuum and wipe-down (not a full detail), the job still should have been done properly. There were still crumbs in my car, and the wipe-down left behind visible residue—little white particles that made it look even worse. It honestly felt rushed and careless. Customer service also left a lot to be desired. The younger employee at the front seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The only positive part of my experience was an older gentleman who actually listened to my concerns and offered to re-vacuum the car. He was professional—but at that point, it was more about the principle than the fix. Overall, between the miscommunication, poor quality service, and lack of professionalism, I can’t recommend this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

YOU SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I will be honest I read all the bad reviews before going here BUT I still went shame on me because i think this is the worst repair shop i been to in Illinois and Indiana.This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They dont communicate at all and their sense of business is HORRIBLE. I called before getting my car towed there and was told we have an opening right now....but my car was there 3 whole days for an 2 hour repair.. I was told within those 3 days " we pulling the car in now" ! I called them at least 5 times each day!! ANYONE THAT GIVES THIS PLACE 5 STARS HAS TO BE FRIENDS !! RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! NO COMMENT NEEDED FROM MANAGEMENT!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Response to management: This place is trash because when i visited multiple times people were smoking weed and playing basketball! The business is trash because there isnt any professionalism and the priority of the "business " isnt fixing cars or maybe you all pick "who" is priority!
