Came here to get my mirror attached back on my car and they did it for free. No one does work even for ten minutes for free anymore!!!! Thank you J.J Service Center I’ll be back if I need anything!!!

I would consider this as a last resort. My wife had a bad experience when we moved our daughter out of her apartment last year where it took them hours to figure out a rental option because they were having system issues. Sadly because they are close to the complex when moving my daughter back in this time I called the same place. The guy that answered the phone made it clear he didn’t want to answer any questions regarding what they had available, what rates were etc he was dismissive and said “just go online and look.” It seems evident he didn’t want to deal with people unfortunately dude, PEOPLE is where the money comes from. I called Frank at Home Depot. He only had one truck available but answered all my questions and was very helpful. I would much rather do business with Frank than wherever the kid was at JJ’s that doesn’t want my business anyway.

Extremely disappointed in this location’s Uhaul service. I reserved a Uhaul truck for pick-up and the keys aren’t in any of the lock-boxes. I have been on-and-off the phone with Uhaul agents for an hour, and there are no other 15’ trucks available in my area. You guys have completely screwed me over. I have people coming in two hours to help me move all my furniture, and you have left me with no vehicle to put said furniture into!! I’m beyond pissed.

My Daughter is new to the area and brought her car into J Js to address an apparent plugged A/C drain line. She is hesitant to take her car to a mechanic as she has been taken advantage of before. Normally I did all her maintenance but now she’s far away. J J treated her with respect and honesty. Took about 15 minutes to clear the problem (plugged drain) and charged her a very fair price. She now has dry carpets and dry feet again……thanks.

Went in without an appointment this evening and Manny patched a hole in a leaking tire that was about to go flat within minutes. It was less than 30 minutes before they were supposed to close, but he went out of his way to help me and my family. Thank you Manny!
