I had a midpipe exhaust kit put on my car through this company. This kit was designed exactly for my car and needed no welds. It’s installed with bolts and clamps all accessible through the kit. Initially I was given an invoice that said it required welds. When I questioned this the manager Brad told me well initially they thought they needed them but then saw my kit included clamps. Funny how I was quoted on a service that wasn’t necessary before they even looked at the product to be installed. So they removed the cost of welding labor. However they charged me extra after the fact of me already signing the work invoice stating that the midpipe to muffler connection needed shorter clamps. So they purchased clamps and threw mine in the scrap. The manager Brad told me my clamps were too long and hit a bend on the midpipe that was engineered to fit the clamps that came with it. After getting under the car I see no problem in an extra inch of clamps fitting onto this pipe and I have pictures to reference. After confronting the manager about this I asked him for my clamps and he refused to get them out of the scrap pile that they were just put in within an hour. Called him the next day asking for the clamps again and he refused and hung up on me. Because he knows he pulled a shady move and upcharged me for clamps I didn’t need and threw mine away. If it were me and I was trying to prove myself right to a customer and maintain a good reputation I would have taken the couple minutes to show the customer that the clamps would have hit a “bend” on the pipe. But this bend didn’t exist. The clamps were the perfect fit. He just wanted to get 80 extra dollars on this service. And for that I’m leaving a bad review and never using their service again. Stay away from this location particularly I’ve heard horror stories since this occurrence. Including a previous employees experience. Absolutely love Brad and Jr me and my daughter have been doing business with them since they were in the Collinsville location. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. If you are looking for people you can trust and also who's going to give you reasonable pricing I would definitely recommend 👌

I already have an appointment with the car dealership where I got my car from, but some companies will do you wrong, and I wanted to get another opinion from a different car repair shop. So I asked around and was recommended to see Mark from Meineke in OFallon IL, and so I went. Mark was very helpful! They were able to figure out what was wrong and asked me if it's still under warranty (since I have a 2021 car), which I didn't know. Good thing he mentioned that because I just found out that it is indeed under warranty. I will start going here for my regular service maintenance instead of going to a car dealership which would cost me double. Affordable and great customer service experience.

I did not have an appointment set for my flat tire. My insurance was setting it up. They got me right in. They brought the jack down to my vehicle, which was on another lot and changed my tire. My tire was then topped off with air and no charge was applied. They just said.....Be sure to have a great day!

I absolutely love this place, I came in because, i needed my muffler job done. Brad and Shane was so nice and they even explained and broke everything down to me. I have been coming here for 2yrs now. I refuse to go anywhere else.
