I had a great experience this week at S&M buying a first car for my teenage son. All of the employees were very professional, courteous, and honest. We came in from out of state and were still treated well. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

View on GooglePurchased a vehicle a while back in March. The car arrived promptly and sales went smoothly, has been running great since and no issues. However the paperwork of receiving the title for this vehicle has been a runaround! which is now placing a sour taste in my mouth considering how great everything else went. I am unable to get a solid answer on someone to send off the documents needed for receiving tags, and I am only in the state next door.. If this matter can be resolved then I would consider changing my review.

View on GoogleI purchased a vehicle from them from out of state less than two weeks ago. Haven’t even made my first payment on it and the vehicle already isn’t drivable. It’s in the shop with rusted brakes, metal shavings in the transmission and deteriorating tires. Dealership will not take responsibility willingly. Their option to me is to send my car back, which I will absolutely not do after reading everyone else’s reviews, as it seems that might put me in an even worse position, if that’s possible!
