I cannot say enough good things about my experience with J's Auto Repair in Hebron! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! They really took the time to walk me through exactly what my car needed, explaining the work in a way that was easy to understand so I never felt out of the loop. On top of the great communication, the pricing was reasonable for the work being done and they did a great job of working with me and offering amazing deals they were running at the shop, in addition to that the turnaround time was incredibly quick!—I had my car back faster than expected. Every shop i called or went too wanted to replace my engine with a used one. Js auto said, that's a bad idea u don't know what ur going to get. We can rebuild it like new. So I gave them a shot. They were very honest with what was wrong and pricing, shoped around to get me the best price n quality on the parts I need. I’ve taken my boat, Sierra Denali and BMW X5 here and these guys are awesome. They’re quick, know what they’re doing, don’t try to overcharge, and always pick up fast if I’ve got an emergency. Just honest, solid people to work with.

Really grateful for the help I got from this shop. My car wouldn’t start, and they came out within a couple hours, worked with me on a payment arrangement, and had my starter fixed with my car back the same day. As a broke girl in her 20s, that kind of understanding and flexibility means a lot. They made a stressful situation so much easier— would recommend to anyone in the area!
