The guy I spoke with, Matt, hooked me up with a quick and affordable tow during a rainstorm when I got a flat. He saved me HOURS of my life and got me in and out of the store quickly. Very transparent about my options and pricing. They had a lot of bays and a lot of competent people working and this was one of the better stressful tire situations I have experienced in my years of getting flat tires.

I came in because I thought my car needed a wheel alignment after getting new tires, and they took the time to carefully check everything on all four wheels. What really impressed me is their honesty—they showed me the full alignment printout, explained everything clearly, and let me know that my alignment was actually within spec. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and they didn’t charge me for the inspection. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate their integrity and kindness. I highly recommend Suburban Tire to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

I chose this company because of their positive ratings and their pricing. They really lived up to it! I was told by another auto repair shop that I needed brakes and rotors replaced. Matt called an Uber and 40 minutes after I got home I received a detailed inspection of my car. Then I spoke with Matt and he said I did not need brakes and rotors and called for another Uber to bring me back. This business is very honorable they could have replaced the brakes and rotors. They're honesty will keep me going back to them. It was an outstanding experience and when I asked what the charge was Matt said there is no charge. This is an awesome company!
