This review is for DISCOUNT TIRES NOT JUST TIRES. Horrible customer service. I understand saturday walk-ins are very busy. I called before my visit and was assured it was np to be serviced. Arrived and waited my turn to speak to Salesperson,upon entered my name and number was told to take a seat and wait. I watched 3 different walkins being assisted. Had I not spoken up about my turn I'd still be there

Place sucks, sent my daughter there to get a bad tire replaced. They said it needed the opposite tire cuz there was a screw in it and it was leaking. Been a week and hasn't lost any air. During that week I picked up a nail in my truck tire. Rule of thumb is, ifs its within an inch of the edge of the tread you can't fix it. It was beyond that more inboard. They said they couldn't fix it and acted like they didn't care. Took it across the street they fixed it. Don't waste your time here there just gonna try and upsell you on tires you don't need. Been in this industry 40 years and have seen this technique before. Not customer oriented just profit oriented.

went to this location for a flat repair and when i got home i guess i picked up another nail on the same tire, Mike (manager) was friendly and helpful and understood how unfortunate that was and told me to come back and theyll repair it for free. fast and excellet service. deffinetely will be back for other car services
