Had a great experience getting my car serviced with the help of Mike! He stayed in communication during the repairs and answered all questions that I had. Very kind and helpful! Cashier was wonderful as well as everyone else who I had spoken to. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid the service department at Woody Buick GMC at all costs. Their workmanship is shoddy, they do not stand behind their errors, and they will insult your intelligence to cover their tracks. ​Here is exactly what you can expect if you take your vehicle here: ​Botched Installations: They installed a new battery in my 2020 Acadia in December. Six months later, it completely died at a gas station, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay a $120 out-of-pocket jump start fee. ​Paying for Their Mistakes: I got the car to the dealership, and their own technicians diagnosed the issue as a loose positive battery cable that they failed to tighten properly during the December install. Instead of apologizing, they had the nerve to charge me a $60 diagnostic fee to tighten the bolt they left loose. ​The Insulting Cover-Up: I escalated this to the GM Executive Resolutions Team. Instead of owning up to the mistake, Woody Buick GMC actually told Corporate that I must have intentionally loosened my own battery cable. They insinuated I purposefully stranded myself to pay $180 just to spite them, rather than admitting their technician failed to use a torque wrench. ​Incompetent Brake Service: I also recently had my brakes replaced here. When the weather warmed up they started squealing. I brought the car back, and the advisor admitted the technician forgot to lubricate the brakes (same one that installed the battery), but then told me the noise is "normal" and I just have to live with squealing brakes. ​This is all on top of the vehicle needing two replacement radiators in a 11 month span. ​Between the terrible technicians, the insulting management, and the horrific vehicle reliability, I will never buy another GM product for the rest of my life, and I will absolutely never step foot in a Woody dealership again. Save your money and find a competent independent mechanic.

If you are masochistic and like to spend lots of money and receive terrible customer service then this is the place for you. Went in with another estimate from 2 other mechanics. They couldn't find the same issues. Had 4 questions. They answered zero. They made other recommendations that were not part of the question. They kept the vehicle for 13 days and never called back with updates. Finally went in to pick up car after no return call (even to the Service Manager) and being placed on hold for 3 days straight. Don't worry they charged us $219.45 to not find or solve the problem.

Better communication regarding status of vehicle repairs etc. Update: they redeemed themselves by going above and beyond with servicing. The only area of opportunity would be more communication regarding: costs, serving lookouts, advise in regards to have vehicle last at its best all through

I would like to thank Bill Richmond for selling us our new car. First off we was embraced with a big smile and welcome. He did an excellent job explaining every car in full details without looking at the buyer slip on the car. His patience with us was phenomenal. Bill and the manger treated us like we was family. Bill had everything in line from setting up the On-Star and making sure the My GMC Rewards was setup before we arrived to pickup the car.
