I rented a lift here to do an exhaust modification on my car, and my experience could not have been better. Dale was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what I was working on. He checked in on us throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. I ran into a few stubborn rusty bolts, and Dale took time out of his busy day to help me get them off. That kind of customer service is hard to find and really made a difference. Overall, this is a great spot if you need a lift and some guidance. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone working on their car. I will definitely be referring this place to my friends!

Just did a brake pad and rotor replacement work today. It was an incredible experience. Dale is incredibly kind, warmhearted and knowledgeable. Before even started, Dale gave me valuable tips on the trickier parts of the procedure; I had some extremely tight caliper carrier bolts to remove. He saw me struggling with them, then immediately came over with the right tools and helped me loosen them; He also showed me exactly how to deal with corroded brake rotor that is stuck, making the job much easier...The list keeps going. He knows everything, he recognized the specific rotors I had purchased and gave me a helpful heads-up regarding potential noise issues. Long story short, Dale really helped me a lot. As he said, he's there to help, and he truly means it. I can't thank him enough for his support and expertise. It is really pleasant to chat with him as well. Thanks Dale!!!

I went here to change the transmission fluid and engine oil myself in my Honda Accord. The owner, Dale was really knowledgeable and showed me how to take off the transmission oil plug without striping it. He also helped me measure the old fluid so I could fill up the same amount of new fluid. Overall I highly recommend this garage! Having access to car lift and for such a good price is very valuable if you wrench cars yourself.

Dale knows his customers, their cars, the things worth doing. A good mechanic always has bays full. A great mechanic always makes time for his guests, because sometimes we are guests. We trade stories with other customers. Sometimes we we are novice gearheads that like to talk so and get greasy. I've met car owners from Chicago, Rockford, McHenry and even Kenosha, make the trip to see Dale. Some may say the only trust Dale. You are appreciated!

Dale is a wonderful person and mechanic. The dealership quoted me double the price, spoke down to me, and lied about hours. Dale gave me a fair price for quality work. He went above and beyond and most importantly didn't make me feel stupid or treat me like an idiot just because I'm a woman. Sadly, that's a rarity in the automotive industry. 5 stars is not enough.
