Waukegan Tire

Took my truck to Waukegan Tire in Grayslake to resolve a wheel alignment problem. Staff was courteous and efficient, asked about conditions I had observed and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They called just under 90 minutes later to say it was done. At checkout I was given a report that showed the before and after measurements such camber, castor, toe etc. which I really appreciated. And the price was very reasonable. Waukegan Tire is a great shop and I’ll be returning for future work on our vehicles.

I called at around 3 pm. My two rear tires were completely bald. It was raining and I was sliding all over the road. I called and spoke to Eric who told me to come right in and he would take care of me. I was in and out in less then a hour happy and feeling like I recieved an great value This is the 2nd time I have went to Waukegan tire and I will never go anywhere else for tires or for service on my cars.

Will order any tire size or brand and have in store the next day. Excellent customer service. Purchased 2 new rear tires and was out the door in an hour. Offers road hazard insurance as well. Very pleased.

KJ took care of my tires for me. He's awesome. Also as a former parts guy I can vouch that they don't cut corners. They always bought high quality parts and were awesome to work with. They'll take care of things the right way.

The staff at Waukegan Tire is great. They’re friendly, caring, and efficient. They get you in and out with an appointment. Prices are fair and they do great work. Also a very comfortable waiting area with good space to work while waiting and WiFi.
