I've been a customer for over 12 years. Bought many Tires for my babygirl 2004 Corolla S: All Michelin, Pilot Exalto, Primacy, Premiere, Defender, X Ice Gen 3 and Bridge Stone Blizzak. Thank you so much for servicing my 2004 Corolla. I had to let her go and now my new baby Persephone 2023 Highlander XSE AWD, needs some new shoes for the Ball. Finally getting rid of the OEM Bridgestone Alenza AS tires that came with the car. 50K miles later, they are pretty worn, down to 4/32 on all 4. Thank you to Bill, John, Edgar and the technician's. I've decided to go with once again, Michelin and Cross Climate Gen 2. They look amazing, it's soft, comfy and quiet. Dedicated Snow Tires and another set of rims is not in the budget this year, decided with the best, pound for pound all weather tire you can get. Year round, in the hot humid summers and of course later in the freezing cold winters. Looking forward to many miles, years and driving in the snow as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The staff is very courteous and understand what what the car needs in order for us not to worry about the maintenance and keep our cars rolling for long time. I like the fact that the have fresh coffee and some free beverages. My hat goes to all of them and the mechanics as well. Best regards.
View on GoogleFront end alignment performed. Steering wheel still not straight post-alignment (see photo). Broke the driver side door lock pin (see photo) and was unaware until I got in my truck to leave. No mention from them that the upper left ball joint is shot and causing negative camber on left wheel. I knew about the ball joint but decided to get an alignment done anyways before a trip due to recent front end work. Specifically requested a full alignment and not a simple toe-and-go, however I can’t see how that was followed through. Two stars instead of one because they were pleasant to work with.
